studio details

The word is out! We are buying a house! Eek! After 12 years of living in this rental, we are reading for the next step. It's a big, exciting and emotional one. Literally big, because we are doubling in size! Exciting, because we get to renovate & decorate 4 floors! And emotional, because we are leaving my beloved Amersfoort. Tears wíll be involved. 

We get the keys in November and first have a big renovation to do, so it will be 2019 when we move in, but I CAN'T WAIT!! I already claimed the bottom floor as my studio, so now more lifting heavy boxes up the stairs and no more back-ruining-searches for vases on our low ceiling attic. YAS! 

It means saying goodbye to my old workspace though. I have been making more 'at home' photos with my film camera lately, knowing we are leaving. I want to capture those ordinary moments before they are no longer ordinary. One thing is for sure, I will miss this light! <3
